Naomi Mequinensa is the public servant in charge of the Zero Precinct evidence room . Her work there as a librarian consists in cataloguing and put into storage all the pieces of gear and equipment confiscated to arrested super thieves and evil doers. That makes her an expert on the vast and varied array of tech, weapons and gadgets used in the commission of crimes in The City. Isn't it sort of ironic that this... hippie and naturist is the keeper of one of the biggest armories you can imagine? She has both an extensive knowledge of supervillain weaponry and homeopathic remedies but is just that first field of expertise what attracted the attention of Lee Baxter when gathering the resources that will help him in the creation of his SkyJack new self. Baxter contacted her as SkyJack keeping thus his true identity secret but making her privy of his goals (fooling the Forty Thieves , bugging crooked police officers , yadda, yadda, yadda,...). Some "fight the power" ...

Susanna "Suzie" Stomponatto is the only daughter of the late Julius Caesar Stomponatto, one of the most notorious consigliere of the Mimosa family. Caesar's diplomatic skills dealing with any "diplomatic" trouble the family might had was so impressive that soon he was rumored to have some sort of... special ability. True or false Suzie has a similar gift. Her charm is so... intense that nobody can say no to her. Ask to anybody, she's the sweetest, nicest girl in the world (or the dumbest if you ask former ex-boyfriend Lee Baxter ). However that has not been very helpful in her attempts to cut away any remaining ties with the Mimosas and to stay away from her father criminal legacy. To accomplish that Suzie might have to resort to do the unthinkable .

What's up with Dora Sato ? What's up with all those meetings with misterious costumed criminals? Obvious choice would be to say that she's a crooked cop . Or is she something else? Dora Sato is one of the ex-girlfriends of his now partner Lee Baxter (secret identity of corrupt policemen hater SkyJack ) and keeps a strong rivalry for Lee's attention with his other supposed to be ex-girlfriend, Suzie Stomponatto. Dora is an outstanding police officer and a later assigment to the Zero Precinct , the unit created years ago to pursue the infamous Forty Thieves . Her rise in the Precinct  has been meteoric and she's been recently appointed to lead the newly formed SkyJack Task Force . There's a lot of pressure for her to take down SkyJack both from inside and from outside of the department.

Lee Baxter is a dedicated police detective assigned to the infamous Zero Precinct , the police unit in charge of taking care of all matters related to the criminal activities of the Forty Thieves . Sadly for Lee and lucky to us, the Thieves have maintained for years a close control of the Precinct by means of greased politicians and selected crooked police officers who have helped to virtually make it inoperative. Baxter's growing frustration with that state of affairs led him to create an escapist alter ego: SkyJack . Armed with a suit born from replicating elements from the old Precinct evidence room, SkyJack has managed in past months (and quite successfully) to disrupt the Thieves' operations and to create concern among their ranks. SkyJack's success can be measured by the unprecedented decision of the Precinct high command of creating a SkyJack Task Force led by non other than detective Dora Sato , Lee's latest "now girlfriend, now ex-girlfriend". ...
